Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have open wounds or skin irritation on your feet. Always start at the lowest intensity level and discontinue use if you experience pain, dizziness, or skin irritation.

Scan the QR code included with your insoles to open the companion app, then connect over Bluetooth 5.0. Left and right insoles pair independently, so you can confirm both connections before your first session.

Most users run 15–30 minute sessions. Start with shorter sessions at a lower intensity and adjust from there based on comfort.

Nexmove is designed primarily for stationary or light-activity wellness sessions. For higher-intensity exercise, we recommend lower intensity settings or the Recovery-oriented modes, and always prioritize comfort and safety over intensity.

Wipe the conductive-fabric surface with a slightly damp cloth after use and let it air dry fully before your next session. Avoid submerging the insoles in water — the electronics layer is splash-resistant (IPX4), not fully waterproof.

We are planning a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Final warranty terms will be confirmed at launch and provided in writing to distribution partners.

Nexmove ships in sizes XS through XL, covering approximately EU 35–49. Each insole has a trimmable toe edge for a closer fit.

Nexmove is designed to fit inside most standard closed-toe shoes with a removable factory insole. Very narrow or minimalist footwear may not accommodate the added thickness of the electronics layer.

A full charge takes about 90 minutes and delivers roughly 14 days of daily 15–20 minute sessions, depending on intensity level and mode.
